These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Ownzura IT Solutions for ORP1 Business Operating Platform and this website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you confirm that you may bind that business.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give true details
- Keep your password safe, and turn on two-step sign-in where you can
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and your employees' accounts
- Tell us at once at support@orp1.com if you think your account has been misused
The service
ORP1 Business Operating Platform is online software for running business processes. Features depend on your plan and the modules you switch on. We may improve or change features, and we will try to tell you first about changes that significantly affect you.
Trial and plans
A plan chosen at sign-up may start with a trial period. Prices and limits are as shown on our Pricing page or in your written quote. Taxes are extra where they apply. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to payments.
Custom work
Enhancements begin only after you approve a written quote. The work is complete when you accept delivery.
Your data
Your business data stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to put it in the system, including any notices and consents needed from your employees, customers, patients or students. Our Data Policy applies.
You can export your data from the service while your account is active.
Fair use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Any service level applies only if it is stated in your plan or a signed agreement.
Our rights in the product
Ownzura IT Solutions owns ORP1 Business Operating Platform, including its software, design and name. You may use it during your subscription, but you may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it. If you send us suggestions, we may use them freely.
Suspension and closing an account
We may suspend access if payment is overdue, the account puts the platform or others at risk, or the law requires it. We will give notice where we reasonably can. You may stop using the service at any time. After closing, you should export your data, because we will delete it as our Data Policy describes.
No warranties
The service is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise it will be free of errors or suit every purpose. Our Disclaimer explains more. Nothing here removes rights you have by law.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Your responsibility to us
You will cover our losses from claims caused by your data or by your breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell account owners about important changes. If you continue using the service after that, the new terms apply.
Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of India. Please write to support@orp1.com first, as most problems can be settled quickly.
