Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work for ORP1 Business Operating Platform. Your signed agreement or quote comes first, if it says something different.
Trial
A trial needs no payment. If you do not continue, nothing is charged.
Cancelling a plan
You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and the plan then stops.
Refunds
Fees already paid for a period are not refundable, including for unused time or features, unless the law or your agreement says otherwise.
Mistaken charges
If you were charged twice or by mistake, write to support@orp1.com within 30 days. Once we confirm the error, we refund it to the original payment method.
Custom work
Enhancements are billed according to the quote you approve. Work already done is payable even if you cancel the rest.

Export your data before your plan ends. Our Data Policy explains what happens next.
