Is the 14-day trial really free?
Yes, completely. No credit card is required. You get full access to the Professional plan features for 14 days.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Ask your account manager or raise a support ticket to upgrade or downgrade.
What payment methods do you accept?
We send an invoice with the payment details. Online card payment is not available yet.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
Prices shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added to your invoice as per Indian tax regulations.
Can I add more users to my plan?
Yes. Additional users can be added on a per-seat basis at a prorated rate for the remaining billing period.
What if I need something custom?
Raise an enhancement request from your workspace. Our developers send a quote (hours × rate) and nothing is charged or built until you approve it. You can also build your own reports with the report builder.
Can your team change my live system?
No. Configuration by our consultants goes into a change request. You preview it in a sandbox and approve it, and only then does Basis release it to production.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to select a plan. Your data is safe and nothing is deleted. You have 7 days after trial expiry to choose before the account is paused.
