Acceptable Use Policy

These rules protect everyone who uses ORP1 Business Operating Platform. They form part of our Terms of Use.
You must not
- Break any law, or help anyone else do so
- Enter data you have no right to use
- Send spam, or message people who have not agreed or who have opted out
- Upload malware or harmful files
- Try to reach another business's data, or get around access limits
- Test the security of the platform without our written permission, apart from good-faith reporting as our Security page describes
- Overload the service, or scrape it with automated tools
- Copy, resell or reverse engineer the product
- Pretend to be someone else, or use false details
- Use the service for fraud, tax evasion or fake invoices
Marketing messages
Your campaigns must follow e-mail, WhatsApp and telecom rules. You need permission from the people you contact, and you must honour unsubscribes.
Community
To write in the community, confirm your e-mail or sign in to your ORP1 account. Use your own name, and do not pretend to be ORP1 or anyone else. Posts and comments are public, so keep them on topic and respectful. Do not post advertising, abuse, false claims, or anyone's private details. Do not share confidential business data. Our team reviews new posts and may edit or remove anything that breaks these rules, and may block people who break them. Report anything concerning using the Report link.
If these rules are broken
We may remove content, limit or suspend the account, and report serious matters to the authorities. We will give notice where we reasonably can.
